Performing an engine flush on a 1.0 ECOboost is a very bad idea and should be avoided at all costs. Most engine flush products affect the material of the wetbelts of the 1.0 ECOboost. The rubber material of the wetbelts will simply disintegrate slowly and clogg the oil pump and small oil passages inside the engine block.
The 3rd gen coyote in the F-150 got the same upgrades as the Mustang version ( both DI and port injection), revised heads, etc. In F-150 trim the coyote is rated for 395 HP/ 400 torque. More than competitive against GM's 5.3L (355 HP/ 385 torque) and close to FCA (Chysler)'s 5.7L "Hemi" (395 HP/ 410 torque).

It's the Mk3 Focus that had the majority of issues with the 1.0 EcoBoost due to the dodgy degas hose, the Fiesta's got a different hose. You're more likely to have issues with rusty turbo pipes and blocked oil pumps on the Fiesta.
Sun 20 Jan 2013 21:00. Ford's new 3 cylinder EcoBoost 1.0 engine - MikeTorque. The engine is fitted with stop/start technology so it will be getting a lot more stop/starts than the average engine. The system defaults to being turned on, it can be turned off/on by the push of a button.
