This is the original Jesus Christ Superstar version that came out in the 70's. The one I remember and love. I've seen the new version with John Legend and it's very goodmodern. First saw this version at a Jesus Christ Superstar meet and greet with some of the cast here in NJ a few months ago. The French release is a MUCH better version than the original American release on Blu ray. The picture is sharper and audio also seems to be remastered, as there is much less hiss and its a bit fuller in the bottom end. xsN5o.
